Meet Tara
Favourite movie? – The Gladiator, I love a good revenge story.
Favourite weird fact about Ireland? – There is a Matchmaker called Willie Daly from the small village of Lisdoonvarna in Ireland and he hosts a massively popular matchmaking event every year. He is an absolute character.
If you could have a superpower what would it be and why? – Time Travel, so I can go back and see how things really were … except for the smells.
Meet Ciaran
Ciaran, co-owner and guide for 12 years, brings his local insight as a true inner-city Dubliner to every tour.
Meet John
Favourite movie? – Stepbrothers, it’s the Citizen Kane of movies.
Where is your favourite place you’ve visited? – Edinburgh in August during the Festival Season is really just amazing.
If you could invite 2 dinner guests to a dinner party dead or alive who would it be? – Will Ferrell & Ben Stiller but I’d make them dress as Ron Burgundy and White Goodman respectively.
Meet Michaela
Favourite movie? – The 5th Element. I love Scifi generally but in this film, it’s so vibrant & fun. And Chris Tucker is amazing!
Where is your favourite place you’ve ever visited? – Oooh, tough. I really enjoyed Istanbul. The city itself is gorgeous and the people are super friendly.
If you could have a superpower what would it be and why? – This is something I think about a lot. I’d probably go for the ability to freeze time. I’ve always got a million projects going and there isn’t enough time in the world!
Meet Seamus
If you could invite 2 dinner guests dead or alive who would it be? – Luke Kelly the greatest Irish singer of all time & Antoine Ó Raifteiri was a blind bard that travelled the country telling stories & writing poetry.

Meet Micheal
Favourite movie? – Hot Rod because it’s so funny and I am always in the mood to watch it.
Favourite weird fact about Ireland? – We have the oldest language in the EU. I always think it’s so cool that we are still connected to a tradition every day going back 2000 years.
If you could have a superpower what would it be and why? – It would be teleportation because I could travel the world whenever I want. It’s also Nightcrawlers power who is maybe my favourite superhero.

Testimonials
We took a walking tour of Dublin with Ciaran of Unearthed Tours. This tour was the best tour we’ve taken. Ciaran is a born storyteller. He shared the history of Ireland and Dublin in an interesting way. We visited many sites in Dublin that we would not have seen on our own or known the significance of these sites. We highly recommend a tour with Unearthed Tours. Thank you Ciaran for a wonderful tour of Dublin.

Tara was a wonderful guide: full of insider knowledge but shared in an informal, engaging & energetic way. We learned loads about the history of Dublin as well as great tips for our trip. Hugely recommended, especially at the start of your stay in Dublin
Emily S
Excellent tour with superb understanding of Irish history, politics and issues presented in an entertaining and informative manner by Killian. Thought the level of knowledge was exceptional and although almost 2.5 hours and longer than most walking tours, easily held our interest. Would abolutely recommend it!
