Terms & Conditions

Free Tour 

  • Due to Covid19 regulations we strongly advise that you book online to guarantee your place. With the current restrictions in Ireland our groups can only take 50% of the normal capacity. In this situation we cannot accept any guest without a booking.

  • You can cancel your booking for the free tour at anytime, just send an email to info@unearthedtours.com or give us a call on 00353 83 094 8668 to cancel your place. 

  • We do not accept groups of 8 or more on the free tour, please see below for our group policy. 

  • Children are allowed to join the free tour however if they're under 16 years of age they must be accompanied by an adult otherwise they will be refused.

  • Unearthed Tours and the Tour Guides hold the right to deny participation to any guests at any time if they have a reason to do so.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your booking for the free tour, you can cancel at anytime via email or phone.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking for a paid tour you cancel via email or phone, a full refund will be issued if you inform us 24 hours in advance of the tour commencing.

  • Any refund will be reissued back to the card you originally paid for the tour with.

Group Policy

  • We do not accept groups of 8 or more people on the free tour. If you book as a group separately Unearthed Tours withhold the right to cancel your booking in advance or on the day, we will communicate the cancellation through email or at the meeting point if we suspect a group booking has been made.

  • If you wish to book a tour as a group we offer private tours here.

 

Private Tours

  • If you wish to cancel a private tour first you must contact us at info@unearthedtours.com. A full refund will be issued if the private tour has been cancelled 48 hours in advance. If you cancel the tour less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total will be issued back to you.

  • Due to Covid19 regulations the biggest group size we can take per guide for private tours is 14.

  • Private tour payments must be received 7 days prior to the commencement date of the tour.

Unearthed Tours, employees, guides and partners assume no liability for any damage, theft or injury for any person using our services.
